Production Process

The aluminum rollers are made under the process of high-speed turning, static & dynamic balancing and fine 

grinding etc.

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity and cylindricity -that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified aluminum roller. To ensure the high quality of the 

rolls, the company does precision machining & strict inspection.

Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.

Surface Treatment

1) Finally aluminum rollers need to be anodized or hard anodized.  

2) We can provide the following surface coating/treatment by outsourcing. 

Packaging and Delivery
