The stainless steel rollers are made under the process of initial turning, static balancing, welding&assembly, fine turning, grinding and dynamic balancing etc.

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity and cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified stainless steel roller.

Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.

Surface Treatment

For chemical and anti-rust industry, usually the surface treatment of stainless steel roll is passivation(acid pickling).
