Production Process

The steel rollers are made under the process of cutting, welding, turning, static & dynamic balance, CNC precision grinding and surface coating.

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, con-centricity and cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified steel roller. To ensure the high quality of the rolls, the company does precision machining & strict inspection.

Dynamic balancing is also a must for high speed working roller.

Surface Treatment

1) Finally precision steel rollers need to be Zinc coated, Chrome coated, Painted, Teflon coated, Rubber coated etc.
